Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Some of our products are made and fulfilled through our trusted production partners, including Printify and Printful, while selected items are shipped directly from our own inventory. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product category.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

- Canada: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package in real time.

Since some products are fulfilled by different suppliers and warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customs & Import Taxes

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Playamente is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
